You can include them in any feature plan you want. We will only bill you for the months they use the platform.

For Individual and Professional plans, you can choose monthly or annual billing. For the Corporate and Enterprise plans, billing is annual.

If they do not having a corporate phone, users can opt to use Captio on their personal phone. The Captio app can be installed on any device. So, when they are away from the office, they can manage their business expenses easily and enjoy all the advantages of Captio on the move.

If, for some reason, users without company mobiles choose not to use their personal phones, they can still use the Captio webapp from any computer. However, while the website has the same facilities as the mobile app, photos of receipts uploaded through the webapp are not approved by the AEAT.

Of course, whichever one you have, Captio will integrate with it, even custom solutions. Oracle Netsuite, SAP, SAGE, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetIQ, IBM, or Qlik are some of the most common integrations.

Of course it is. Captio is a cloud tool, so the data is stored in the cloud. Captio uses the Microsoft Azure cloud, a cloud created with customised hardware, security controls built into its hardware and firmware components and enhanced protection against threats such as DDoS attacks.
